Our Direct Primary Care (DPC) services offer several advantages over traditional health insurance, depending on individual needs and preferences. DPC provides more personalized and comprehensive care, with longer appointment times and more direct access to your providers. At NIIM, we utilize this to individualize our approach to health management while allowing our clients to self-determine as a foundation of our practice. Additionally, with NIIM, we will provide cost transparency to our clients.

We do not order labs and charge our clients without discussing options, client needs, and desires. NIIM provides great accessibility with limited client counts to ensure you have access to our services and providers. Due to the streamlined way we run our clinic, we have a reduced administrative burden that correlates to lower prices for our members and walk-in clients. DPC does not cover specialty/catastrophic insurance. At your request, we will provide links and estimated costs of programs available, including cost-share.

We take pride in serving our clients throughout their lifespan (from newborns to geriatrics, including women’s health).

While we offer limited urgent care services, we primarily aim to build long-term relationships with our patients, guiding them through chronic conditions and routine health maintenance. This approach ensures that we address immediate medical needs and support ongoing health journeys, fostering a proactive attitude toward wellness within our community. We offer three membership plans (GOLD, SILVER, and BUSINESS). Gold memberships receive additional discounts on in-house services. For those patients who do not want to commit to our membership program, we offer advanced and same-day appointments at a competitive price.
